All you need to be a Chaeli Ambassador is a big HEART like the founder members of the Chaeli Campaign. The Chaeli Campaign was started in 2004 by 5 girls (6-12 year-olds) who took up the challenge of raising R20 000,00 for a motorized wheel chair for Michaela who was born with cerebral palsy.
Within 7 weeks they surpassed their target. Today this indomitable spirit runs through the Chaeli Ambassadors programme: Nothing is impossible. Potential must be unlocked. It must be unlocked in differently abled people by allowing them to participate in activities such as sport, dancing, art, etc. And the Chaeli Ambassadors have been taught that the sky is the limit.
